Business / System Analyst – Cards Transformation (Polish is Mandatory) (She/He/They)

📋 Description

• Analyse and classify AS-IS interfaces; support target architectures.
• Produce data mappings and integration docs (ISO8583, REST, MQ).
• Model authorization, clearing, and settlement flows.
• Facilitate workshops with business, IT, and compliance.
• Support testing, certification, and migration (SIT/UAT) life cycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering business or system analysis in cards transformations.
• Strong knowledge of card issuing and acquiring processes.
• Ability to work across IT, business, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience migrating and certifying with payment schemes.
• Fluent Polish (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Good command of English for documentation and collaboration.
