Business Sourcer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for Business-team roles via research, outreach, and market mapping.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing beyond inbound applications.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and pipelines.
• Track candidate activity and maintain workflows using Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing tools.
• Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing experience in corporate or business roles
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates via research, outreach, and sourcing tools
• Ability to translate hiring needs into sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
• Experience using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple pipelines with accurate tracking
• Comfort using AI tools for sourcing, research, and outreach; eager to test new tools
