  • Product manager for Axon's Sales Systems: CRM, quoting, forecasting, analytics.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and Revenue Ops to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of sales initiatives: scope, roadmap, execution, value realization.
  • Drive rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering to test ideas and iterate.
  • Own release planning, UAT, rollout, and adoption across distributed sales teams.
  • Define success metrics and track impact on productivity, pipeline, and deal velocity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years in sales systems product management or enterprise delivery
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM workflows (CRM, CPQ, forecasting, pipeline)
  • Experience owning complex, cross-functional initiatives in sales or revenue environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools or similar sales tech
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations
