  • Lead product management for Sales Systems: CRM, CPQ, forecasting, analytics.
  • Partner with Sales, Ops to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
  • Translate sales processes into clear requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of sales initiatives: scope, roadmaps, execution.
  • Drive rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering to test ideas quickly.
  • Own release planning, UAT, rollout, and adoption across distributed teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
  • 8+ years in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM workflows (CRM, CPQ, forecasting)
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ tools, or similar sales technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations
  • Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment
