📋 Description

  • Lead product management for Axon's Sales Systems including CRM, quoting, forecasting, and sales analytics.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and RevOps to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
  • Translate complex sales processes into clear product requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of key sales initiatives: scope, roadmap, execution, and value realization.
  • Drive rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering and scale validated ideas.
  • Own release planning, UAT, rollout, and adoption across distributed sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows (CRM, quoting/CPQ, forecasting, pipeline management)
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, or similar sales technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations
  • Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership
