- Lead product management for Axon's Sales Systems including CRM, quoting, forecasting, and sales analytics.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and RevOps to identify pain points and co-create solutions.
- Translate complex sales processes into clear product requirements, backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end delivery of key sales initiatives: scope, roadmap, execution, and value realization.
- Drive rapid prototyping with IT and Engineering and scale validated ideas.
- Own release planning, UAT, rollout, and adoption across distributed sales teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in sales systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes and go-to-market workflows (CRM, quoting/CPQ, forecasting, pipeline management)
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ tools, or similar sales technologies
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, IT, and Operations
- Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership
