🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years in finance systems, business systems PM, or enterprise delivery.
- Deep knowledge of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reporting.
- Proven track record leading complex finance system initiatives.
- Strong product management: roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholders, UAT.
- ERP and analytics fluency: D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable with leadership.
- Autonomous in ambiguous, high-impact initiatives.
