- Act as product manager and delivery lead for Finance Systems.
- Lead Finance Consolidation implementation end-to-end: scope, roadmap, delivery.
- Own RevStream upgrade and future revenue system enhancements.
- Translate complex finance, accounting, and compliance needs into clear product requirements and backlogs.
- Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance, IT, Eng, Data, and external vendors.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and report outcomes to Finance and IT; manage releases and UAT.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
- 8+ years in finance systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery
- Deep knowledge of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
- Proven track record owning complex finance system initiatives (consolidation, revenue systems, close automation)
- Experience with OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, RevStream, or similar tools
- Strong product management capabilities: roadmaps, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment
