🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent).
- 8+ years in finance systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery.
- Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Proven experience owning complex finance-system initiatives (consolidation, revenue, close automation).
- Strong product-management with roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Technical fluency with ERPs and analytics: D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI.
