🎯 Requirements

- 2-4 years in the life sciences industry.
- Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment preferred.
- Prior experience delivering voice (IVR), web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse professionals.
- Solid written communication for documenting technical information.
