Support UAT setup and execution.
Continuously learn about the platform and offerings as they evolve.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; IRT experience may substitute.
2-4 yrs software BA; quick learner; life sciences exp.
Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial env; IVR/IWR/IMR platforms; SQL familiarity.
Detail-oriented with quality focus; strong customer service.
Excellent organizational and time mgmt; strong written communication.
Interpersonal skills; ability to document technical info; multi-tasking.
