🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst in IT.
- Solid technical background: APIs, SQL, Java, AWS, HTTP.
- Systems implementation: requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
- Strong consulting: facilitation, business case development, process mapping, redesign.
- Excellent verbal and written English; strong relationship management with clients and teammates.
