📋 Description

• Support commercial accounts in retail and wholesale sales channels.
• Process requests via Lead Agent or email from Sales teams.
• Use billing system to create, modify, terminate accounts with 100% accuracy.
• Answer calls and assist with billing inquiries, service changes, payments.
• Collaborate with other departments to support customers.
• Familiar with billing cycles and service orders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years telecom customer relations experience (preferred).
• Proficient with iVue billing system.
• Strong MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized with attention to detail and multitasking.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
