CPE Management: Install, re-configure, and troubleshoot Customer Premise Equipment (CPE).
Network Configuration: Verify VLAN tagging, IP assignments, and routing with NOC.
Inside Wiring: Navigate server rooms and closets to extend demarcations.
Quality Assurance: Conduct speed tests and latency benchmarks to meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

Connectivity Standards: Ethernet and Fiber Optics (GPON, Active Ethernet).
Networking Protocol: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; basic CLI for equipment configuration.
Tool Proficiency: Fusion splicers, signal meters, TDRs; NetAlly/VIAVI.
Hardware Knowledge: Cisco, Adtran, Juniper, or Ciena.
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA Network+, BICSI, CFOT.
