🎯 Requirements

6+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth business
Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume sales searches
Build talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver strong candidate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable to audience
Fluent in Portuguese and English for Latin America focus
