Partner with hiring managers to build recruiting strategy (12-month contract, potential full-time)
Attract, evaluate, and hire for Brex's Operations teams
Own end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing to close
Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
Create talent maps to share insights on the talent market
Represent Brex to candidates and attract exceptional talent

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience
Strong ability to build relationships with Operations and CX hiring managers
Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting across stakeholders
Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
Willing to work in office 3 days per week on Mon/Wed/Thu
