📋 Description

• Partner with Ops hiring managers to set strategy and pipeline.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close.
• Create talent maps to share insights on the talent market.
• Interview candidates using structured interviews, assessments, and behavioral questions.
• Hybrid role based in NYC with 3 in-office days per week and up to 4 weeks remote.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to build relationships with Operations and Customer Experience hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices.
• BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree.
• Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week Mon, Wed and Thu.
