Manage full-cycle recruiting for our business orgs (Sales focus)
Partner with leaders to develop top-of-funnel strategies for key roles
Source and build pipelines to engage passive talent via outreach, events, and referrals
Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and present insights to executives
Champion BEI initiatives to promote belonging, equity and impact

🎯 Requirements

6+ years full-cycle in-house recruiting in a high-growth business
Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume sales searches
Ability to build a talent strategy with hiring managers and deliver a strong candidate experience
Excellent communication; adapt style to audience
LATAM focus; fluency in Portuguese and English required
Nice to have: SaaS in-house recruiting experience
