- AI-enabled mindset to adopt new tools and workflows.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience partnering with hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse) and AI sourcing tools (Juicebox, Wrangle.io).
