Business Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize cross-functional processes across ops, supply chain, planning, and quality.
• Design and implement workflow improvements, SOPs, and cross-functional coordination.
• Build data systems, dashboards, and KPI frameworks for visibility and decisions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to standardize and scale our ops infrastructure.
• Develop production planning systems, scheduling methodologies, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and finance to optimize end-to-end processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in process improvement, ops, or business systems, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills across functions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience designing and documenting business processes, workflows, SOPs.
• Understanding production planning, inventory, and supply chain coordination.
