🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years revenue cycle leadership or consulting
- Active Epic PB and HB Claims certifications required
- End-to-end revenue cycle knowledge: charge capture, submissions, denials, A/R
- Payer rules, CMS guidelines, regulatory knowledge
- Experience with Epic reporting tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench)
- Strong PM and communication skills
