📋 Description

• Document GTM, Finance, Ops, and Systems workflows.
• Create process artifacts: swimlanes, decision trees, data touchpoints.
• Interview stakeholders; translate workflows into clean docs.
• Maintain centralized process library with versioning.
• Partner with TPMs and Systems on transformation initiatives.
• Build lightweight reports to validate process observations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in business analysis, ops, or SaaS roles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong process mapping with Lucidchart, Miro, Visio.
• Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder interviews.
• Familiar with GTM, Finance, Customer Success, or business systems.
• Basic SQL or reporting experience.
