Business Process Analyst, Systems Engineering

📋 Description

• Document current-state GTM, Finance, Operations, and Systems workflows using process maps.
• Create artifacts: swimlanes, decision trees, data diagrams, and RACI matrices.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and shadow end users to understand workflows.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documentation.
• Maintain centralized process documentation library with versioning.
• Partner with TPMs and Systems teams to support transformation and enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in business analysis, operations, or related SaaS roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong process mapping using Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear process artifacts; strong communication.
• Familiarity with GTM, Finance, or business systems.
• Bonus: Salesforce/CPQ, revenue ops, and basic SQL.
