Create process maps, SOPs, and workflows for accuracy and scalability.
Identify gaps and drive cross-team improvements in workflows.
Support governance, change management, and enablement for ops processes.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in Business Process Analysis or related roles.
Experience with cross-functional teams and process improvement.
Strong process mapping and documentation skills.
Analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies and solutions.
Experience with customer-facing teams (CS/Support/RevOps) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
