🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years direct work experience as a business analyst on cross-functional process improvements
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis skills, including process and data-driven analysis using industry frameworks
- Adept at analyzing and documenting complex business processes and resolving process-related issues
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks independently; coordinate, prioritizing, and managing project teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with stakeholders, team members, and management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, communications, or related field
