🎯 Requirements

5+ years of professional engineering experience in tech/product firms.
Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript; distributed systems.
Reliability, safety, and performance in production environments.
Thrives in fast-growth, product-driven teams; navigates ambiguity.
Familiar with event-driven architectures, async processing, and integrations.
Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus.
