  • Identify, build and scale strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, card schemes.
  • Expand local fiat capabilities: pay-in/out rails, transfers, wallet channels.
  • Own enterprise sales and partnership lifecycle: prospecting, negotiations, onboarding.
  • Develop senior relationships with banks, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, processors, merchants.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding: due diligence, regulatory review, integration.
  • Monitor regulatory landscape to refine regional fiat strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–10 years in payments/fintech/banking/digital wallets.
  • Proven enterprise business development to originate, structure, negotiate partnerships with banks/PSPs/acquirers/issuers.
  • Cross-functional with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Treasury, and Operations teams.
  • Strong existing network across PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, banks in APAC.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
