πŸ“‹ Description

  • Act as first point of contact for inbound client and Axiom Talent queries.
  • Triaged incoming requests and routed them to the appropriate teams.
  • Lead onboarding and engagement set-up to Day 1 readiness.
  • Oversee billing, vendor setup, and documentation in internal systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding with Sales, Talent Ops and other teams.
  • Support client engagements, risk and compliance tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3+ years in business operations or admin roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with onboarding, billing, and vendor management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
