- Respond to and resolve customer issues on the eCommerce site or LMS; escalate as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external LMS providers to address course delivery issues.
- Create and update SOPs to reflect policy changes affecting customers.
- Suggest process/workflow improvements in Salesforce or LMS to boost efficiency.
- Provide training to Sales staff to ensure timely processing of requests.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in operations.
- At least two years in an operations role.
- At least two years of Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
