• Track compliance health and maintain clear docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business operations at fintech/payments or regulated tech.
• Built or scaled operational systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Real experience with compliance/regulatory work turning requirements into working processes.
• Comfortable with tooling: GRC systems, databases, workflow automation; AI building skills.
• Strong communicator who can explain filings to engineers and gaps to lawyers.
• Bonus: telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS experience.
