  • Manage end-to-end process-change projects in Global Customer Operations.
  • Lead post-sales initiatives across Services, Support, and partners.
  • Conduct discovery, interview stakeholders, and analyze processes.
  • Define business requirements and plan for successful delivery.
  • Roll out new processes via workshops, UAT, and training.
  • Analyze BI data and reports to derive insights.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years as Project Manager in a global software company.
  • Bachelor's degree: B.Sc in Industrial & Management Engineering or similar.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
  • Experience leading discovery, solution design, and implementation.
  • Hands-on with corporate apps (SFDC, ServiceNow) and BRD writing.
