Business Operations Partner, Transportation Program

📋 Description

• Build relationships across REW teams: Events, Design & Construction, Food, Security, Facilities.
• Partner with teams to understand transportation needs, coordinate next steps, and reflect them in workplace planning.
• Represent the Transportation team in meetings, planning discussions, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Gather input from employees and partners; route requests to owners.
• Track open items and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholders.
• Draft internal communications and guidance on transportation programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in business operations, workplace operations, program coordination, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication; summarize complex topics clearly.
• Highly organized; manage multiple priorities with reliability.
• Build trust across teams; partner with internal stakeholders in sensitive situations.
• Comfortable using project management tools, spreadsheets, and workflow systems.
• Able to travel 1-2 times per quarter across APAC, LATAM, and EMEA.
