🎯 Requirements
- 6-10+ years in operations, strategy, logistics or supply chain
- Built operational frameworks from scratch in ambiguity
- Strong logistics/global supply chain knowledge: cross-border, SLAs, pricing
- Excellent process design and documentation skills
- Analytical with pricing models and unit economics
- Comfortable working with customers and international partners
- Strong written and verbal communication; influence across functions
- Entrepreneurial, action-oriented with ownership mindset
