- Strong analytical/data skills; Excel/Sheets; SQL/Looker/Snowflake a plus.
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- Excellent written/verbal comms; able to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with product/engineering teams to drive ops improvements and automation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with multiple priorities.
