Own forecasting of the Services P&L.
Drive continuous improvements through data analytics to identify margin enhancements.
Report metrics and maintain dashboards.
Enable and support discount reporting.
Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and ongoing effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

MBA and 7+ years in business operations or related experience.
8+ years Finance/Operations in a technology-focused CX function.
Experience in P&L forecasting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Tableau, Jira, and Confluence; advanced Excel.
Willingness to work US East Coast hours.
