- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Salesforce Product Mgmt, or related roles.
- Led Revenue Ops projects and operational initiatives.
- Hands-on BRDs, process docs, requirements, and user stories.
- Deep knowledge of Q2C processes and RevOps workflows incl. pricing.
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and working with Admins/Developers; CPQ.
- SaaS or high-growth B2B experience; Agile delivery; forecasting/pipeline metrics.
