📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, translating into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions: NA, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and document playbooks.
• Lead AI automation initiatives with Tech/Data teams to boost productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in STEM fields (Engineering, Maths, Stats, Data Analytics).
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting or large-scale digital orgs.
• Strong in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and analysis.
• Hands-on mindset from strategy to execution.
• Experience with automation tools: Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and spoken English; stakeholder management.
