  • Lead global sales strategy and planning, incl. annual planning, forecasting, segmentation
  • Own end-to-end sales and revenue ops: funnel, systems, KPI tracking
  • Drive sales productivity: onboarding, enablement, process optimization, ramping
  • Establish operating rhythm: QBRs, cadence, dashboards, reviews
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Channels, Marketing, Finance to align GTM
  • Oversee pipeline quality and coverage for high-conversion funnel

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree in Science/Engineering or Math (STEM) required
  • 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or Revenue Ops in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB consulting preferred
  • Proven experience scaling sales or revenue ops in early-growth environments
  • Expertise in forecasting, territory design, quotas, funnel analytics
  • CRM/GTM systems expertise (especially Salesforce), routing, dashboards
