π― Requirements
- Degree in Science/Engineering or Math (STEM) required
- 6+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or Revenue Ops in SaaS/B2B
- Strong strategic/analytical background; MBB consulting preferred
- Proven experience scaling sales or revenue ops in early-growth environments
- Expertise in forecasting, territory design, quotas, funnel analytics
- CRM/GTM systems expertise (especially Salesforce), routing, dashboards
