Support QTC projects and initiatives across CPQ, billing, and order management workflows.
Lead UAT for strategic projects; create test cases and track defects.
Write and groom Jira tickets for ESYS and internal systems.
Create enablement docs for the Order Management team.
Use SQL or analytics tools (Snowflake, Retool) to validate data.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

1–3+ years in operations, business analysis, QTC, sales ops, or order mgmt.
Experience with QTC/revenue systems like CPQ, order mgmt, billing, or invoicing.
UAT or testing experience (test scripts, defect reporting).
Writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering (Jira).
Creating process docs, SOPs, or enablement materials.
Strong written and verbal English; translate complex topics clearly.
Located in Pakistan and available to work US Pacific Time hours.
