📋 Description

  • Maintain financial hygiene: AP, bookkeeping, expense reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Coordinate Sydney office ops, travel expenses, and internal events.
  • Compile cross-functional data and monthly/quarterly exec reports.
  • Support leadership meetings with prepared data and docs.
  • Execute cross-functional workstreams including international ops/expansion.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities as you develop.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets ideal)
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Passion for systems implementation and process improvement
  • Self-starter with high energy and hands-on attitude
  • Basic accounting knowledge a plus
  • SQL or data-querying experience or willingness to learn
