🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, billing, or fraud investigations
- Comfortable performing routine tasks with accuracy and quality
- Excellent problem solving, math, and Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; additional languages a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
