Business Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Partner with CEO/CMO to develop materials for partnerships.
• Align BD, clinical ops, and product during onboarding/expansion.
• Manage all new customer implementations end-to-end.
• Prepare exec briefings, pitches, and RFP responses.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and sizing.
• Manage the BD pipeline and surface blockers to drive momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Consulting pedigree from a top firm (BCG/Bain or equivalent) required.
• 3 years total experience delivering complex projects.
• Synthesize ambiguity into clear recommendations and deliverables.
• Build and maintain a sales/marketing toolkit using AI for materials.
• Healthcare experience a plus; Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) for business operations.
