🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in business ops, compliance, risk, or regulatory roles in fintech
- Familiarity with NACHA, TILA, UDAAP, FCRA regulations in operations
- Experience with bank partner or sponsor bank models
- Strong attention to detail with fast, accurate execution
- Ability to translate requirements into clear workflows
- Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
