• Strong analytical skills with data, dashboards, and reporting; SQL preferred.
• Proven ability to own metrics and operating cadence in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with clear, structured memos and presentations.
• Experience working across multiple functions and cross-functional execution.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying problems.
