🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Ops, BizOps or Strategy & Ops at fast-scaling tech company.
• Proven track record solving unstructured problems; building automated ops 0→1.
• Strong grasp of platform products; comfortable with Excel and Looker/SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; drive alignment across stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented; find efficiency gains in fast-paced env.
• Collaborative, low-ego; able to influence without authority; automate complexities away.
