- Provide business management support to trading operations.
- Initiate and coordinate process reviews and improvements across trading support.
- Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Finance to close gaps.
- Support operational readiness for new markets, products, and system changes.
- Track incidents, issues, and remediation actions, escalating material matters.
- Support governance forums and change management projects.
- Assist ad-hoc projects, data analysis, and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a prop trading firm, quant trading firm, or investment bank.
- Strong understanding of trading operations and control environments.
- Hands-on experience driving operational change and process improvement.
- Exposure to APAC markets (Hong Kong, China, Japan preferred).
- Experience with systematic/electronic trading and/or China QFI a plus.
