Lead and mentor a team of BI Developers and Analysts
Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines
Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and datasets

Translate business needs from executives and functional leaders into BI requirements
Enforce data governance, security, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
5+ years in BI in data warehousing or analytics; 1-2 years in leadership
Strong SQL development and optimization skills
Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelines (SSIS or equivalent)
Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI; Tableau acceptable)
Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices
