📋 Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Client Partners & Solutions team to exceed revenue targets in Korea.
  • Own the commercial strategy and performance for Snapchat Korea, driving revenue growth.
  • Build and execute scalable go-to-market strategies to accelerate advertiser acquisition and growth.
  • Establish relationships with Korea’s leading advertisers, agencies, holding companies, and stakeholders.
  • Be the senior executive contact for strategic partners and major clients, guiding investments.
  • Drive adoption of Snapchat’s full-funnel advertising solutions (Brand, Performance, Commerce, AR, Creator-led).

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital media, advertising, tech, or platform sales.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, mobile/performance marketing, social platforms, and agency ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to build executive relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience forecasting revenue and driving operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
