🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in commercial lending or related roles.
Experience with business owners, lenders, and client-facing environments.
Experience across multiple industries and varying business sizes.
Knowledge of underwriting concepts and lending structures.
Strong ability to interpret financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a client-facing environment under supervision.
