Business Development Specialist

📋 Description

• Advance account-based BD with operational support and data stewardship.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing and leadership.
• Support outreach campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Maintain optimized client-facing document workflows.
• Coordinate client references, testimonials, and proofs.
• Administer conference and event sponsorship programs.
• Route leads in Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.
• Support data management from events and inbound sources.
• Assist additional BD initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Marketing/Comm/Journ preferred.
• 3–5 years in demand generation driving net-new pipeline.
• Strong business acumen and buyer insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales to hit targets.
• Self-motivated, creative, solutions-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent or similar tools.
• Limited travel up to 10%.
