📋 Description

  • Develop sales opportunities by identifying accounts, building rapport, and proposing solutions
  • Communicating with clients, making outbound calls, and following up on leads/opportunities
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information as needed
  • Creating/maintaining relationships with existing clients; support renewals and upsell
  • Support the Business Development team with pipeline visibility and moving proposals to close
  • Regularly maintain sales data, pipeline, orders, and renewal/phase II projects

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years’ Inside Sales experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; MS Dynamics preferred
  • Self-starter; works independently and proactively
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and attention to detail
  • Works with minimal supervision and in a team environment
  • Exceptional customer service and listening skills
